They're different types of glands, faggot.

Breast glands are mammary glands, which are a type of apocrine gland, that are stimulated to secrete breast milk when they are suckled on b/c the suckling stimulates oxytocin to contract myopithelial cells (the same oxytocin that regulates orgasm and uterine contractions during the birthing process).

Sweat glands are merocrine glands. Unless you can suck on skin and cause it to sweat (you can't), you're wrong.

How does it get released...If its not there?

Sweat is always sorta there. It's what's called "extracellular fluid". Fluid that neither in your blood vessels or in your cells. It's in the extraspaces in your body. So when you sweat, this is released.

Your body as a result compensates for this by dilating your blood vessels allowing blood to flow faster and allowing more water from your blood vessels to enter extracellular space. And moves water from inside your cells (intracellular space) to their outside space (extracellular space).

Thus, b/c you have less water in your cells, you run out of energy faster, and when your blood vessels have less water, you feel dehydrated, and stimulate vasopressin to maintain water.

That said. Oxytocin and vasopressin are on the same chromosome, and are side-by-side in our genetics. There is only a slight difference between them, so oxytocin can have a bit of a water-retaining function, and high levels of vasopressin can cause uterine contractions.
