I never said "everyone" I said "people". When I said that I was meaning people in general, take a look at reviews on imbd and amazon and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Also I wasn't expecting an oscar winning picture, but based on all of the hype I was expecting a much better movie. In this thread I haven't seen a whole lot of criticism, its as if people haven't seen any good movies before like this is the best movie they've ever seen.

Also even though its a re envisioning it could have been a little original in some way.

Even if I wasn't looking at the plot, the acting was absolutely brutal, painfully so.

What would you have liked them to do to make it more original and what exactly about it was so painfully unoriginal that it ruined the movie?
