Redman Vs Method Man

Redman is my personal favorite artist ever and tha Wu is my favorite hip-hop group and in most opinions tha best hip-hop group of all time, but Method Man isn't tha best artist from tha click...he's dope and Tiscal to me was classic...but Liquid Swords (in my opinion tha best solo album from them and a certified classic), OB4CL (2nd best solo album and a certified classic) and Ghost's whole catalog (most consistent artist from tha Wu with tha most classic albums under his belt) all have better material than Meth...with that said Red has 2 albums (Muddy Waters & Dare Iz A Darkside) that are equal to almost every solo album from them and a 3rd (Wut Thee Album) that's still equal to Tical...flow, barz, catalog & consistency all go to Redman over Meth...Peace

Damn right to most people methodman is the best rapper out of wu tang. Redman that dude his music catalog is just slept on these young boys aint come up in that golden era where red was dropping music on a consistent basis so they see him as some old school rapper

The question is close in terms lyrically, it becomes a coin flip imo but what titls it to Reggie is the discography and that he also made beats...

And again since you keep bringing up the rest of Wu...

Ghost discography is by far the best; I would put Supreme Clientele in the same group as Liquid Swords and OB4CL and he still has more albums, imo you can even count OB4CL in his discography because TBH that album would not be what it is without him just happens to be Raekwon co-starring Ghostface Killah on the album cover...

I think OB4CL 1 & 2 is classics. So Raekwon albums is better than Redmans but I would say Redman is a better rapper than Raekwon overall.

So that shit does not matter that much

Only thing that makes sense...

Many consider Redman's first 3 albums to be classic's...

Many consider Ob4CL as the best album ever made

I can give you that Redman albums is better than Method Mans no doubt.

I just think Method Man is a better song maker and he also got the better flow. Lyrically i'd say its a tie.

If Redman was a member in Wu tang my list would probably be like this

1.Inspectah Deck (lyrical monster best in wu lyrically no doubt lacks in solo albums still too lyrical)

2.Ghostface (his solo albums speaks for it and he got a rare flow also some nice lyrics)

3.GZA(Lyrically monster aswell, beast at freestylin (Liquid Swords OB4CL beats it by a small marginal)

4.Method Man (had so much potenialh ad probably the best flow in rap beside Nas lacks in solo albums tho)

5.Raekwon (OB4CL just because it's the GOAT album after Illmatic yeah it beats IWW & The Infamous)

6.Redman (3 first albums was nice + great flow.)
