Davis was convicted by a jury of seven black people and five white people. Those seven black people thought he should get the death penalty. The witnesses that said he did it are black. The other guy he supposedly shot that night was black.

And today, at the same time Davis is being executed, a white guy is also being executed for the murder of a black guy 13 years ago.

And the president of the United States of America is black.

The state has given him three second chances to make a case for his innocence, but his legal team failed because they tried to shift the blame to another black man, Sylvester Coles, but they didn't subpoena him to the court so he could respond to the accusation.

I never said everyone was racist, but you and the Georgia Courts most definitely are.

There isn't even enough evidence to uphold the death penalty, and I already knew he could get some federal support...Just not enough on the State Level.
