You can't really symmetrically compare the two.

You're wrong there. It is exactly like practicing any other skill. Believe it or not, you CAN practice getting better at getting girls, but it requires more effort and pain than most men are willing to bare.

Most men are bad at learning ANYTHING, and this is no different.

You can argue if it's worth it or not, it is for some of us.

I guess, I just think getting girls is a much more subjective process than playing basketball or video games.
