Actually yeah thats exactly what it is. The only difference is the expectation of not talking to the police is lower when it comes to an old lady that aint in the life. But snitching is snitching. If you see something go down in your neighborhood and someone gets hurt like a fight or some shit and you go run to the police youre snitching too. If you get that ass beat and tell on some niggas youre snitching. Doesnt matter if you have anything to do with the crime or victim or otherwise. Sometimes it becomes a little easier to swallow when it deals with kids or the elderly being victims but giving information to the police is snitching. Do that shit in the streets especially if youre supposedly about that life and runnin around real niggas and see where that "flawed logic" ends up, right upside your head.

I'm from The Bay Cali, but live in ATL now...everybody knows that's been in the streets or been locked up or had to deal wit the court system like that what Briscoe did is snitching point blank. You can't sit here and be "bout that life" then turn around and start snitchin friend or foe.

One of my old bitches got a subpoena in one of my cases she knew everything in my case and told them she didn't know a thing that would incriminate me on the stand so subpoena all you want but you don't have to point niggaz out.

Correct! Civilians or everyday people can testify at your own risk. Street Dudes or people in the life SHOULD NOT incriminate anyone! It's really that simple. That's the rules. Yeah he was a victim. Again if your a street dude then that's tough. You handle things on your own.

Hell if it was me I refuse to testify at all. Now you might be in comtempt & do some time but that's the life. Again if you are a street dude that's part of the game.

If he is a so called gangster then it is snitching. For regular folks who aint in the life then it aint. Helping the authorities to convict or inform on anyone in anyway is snitching for gangsters. Getting robbed or potentially is a hazard of a gangster. You dont testify under any circumstances.

For me & you or any other civilian it's different. Still dangerous but it aint snitching because we aint in the life. However how I was raised I wouldn't do any way.
