But what he instead did was sit on the stand and tell police that looks like the guy.

And yet people will say T.I. is a snitch when this is exactly the same scenario...

T.I. never pointed anyone out in the part of his testimony that I saw. He actually said he couldn't tell you who the person was if he saw them now. So, exactly is the wrong word, T.I. did not got this far with it. On the other hand, you guys have fun distorting things, first snitching is testifying or telling in any format, now testifying is pointing people out. I'm not arguing with the ideal that policing neighborhoods gives people act right. I won't argue that BUT with that said neighborhoods used to be policed back in the 50's 60's 70's and some in the 80's (little to none as the times went by obviously) but that doesn't mean there wasn't any crimes or shit that went down it just means that when there was it was handled in house. Policing isn't all prevention it's also action upon a wrong doing.

But no matter how much policing you do there is always someone that believes they'll be able to get away with something and will do it anyway which is why policing your own neighborhood needs to be in action. Some people don't learn some do thats just the way it is.

Don't get it twisted though this whole argument stemmed off what the word snitching means. This nigga brisco has an assault charge pending right? If there are witnesses in his case how you think he feels about that? Honestly and don't give me no bullshit about "oh he understands thats just the way it is since he did something blah blah blah" cause if he did he wouldn't be tellin his ass off right now.
