Papertrail

King

I'm Serious

Trouble Man

TI vs TIP

No Mercy

Paperwork

TI got a solid body of work. A couple real duds (No Mercy is garbage and not the album anyone wanted at the time).Overall, throughout the 2000s as far as albums only a select few could touch him.

1. TRAP MUZIK

2. URBAN LEGEND

3. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EITHER WACK OR NOT ON MY RADAR, FUCK 'EM.

I DON'T CHECK FOR T.I.: TELLING INFORMATION ANYMORE.

Not gonna rate'em, but b/c I'm from da A, "I'm Serious" is a personal classic of mine. "Dope Boyz" "Whats Yo Name", "Do It" still play in clubs here.

And "Still Ain't Forgave Myself" is one of his realest songs he's ever done. Shit damn near made a nikka shed a tear back in the day.

His first 3 albums were great Trap Muzic is my personal fav. He had soul and realness with I still aint forgave myself and I still Love you. After Urban Legend he fell off

Bro King and Paper trail were dope ass follow ups. Only ones he fucked up with was t.I. VS t.i.p. , no mercy and paperwork

1. King - His best, most well rounded album to me. A LOT of bangers on this joint.

2. Urban Legend - Solidified Tip as a REAL heavyweight in the game. Production on this one was bananas.

3. Trap Muzik - Self-explanatory

4. I'm Serious - Underrated joint. This joint flopped, but it was the height of the downloading craze and EVERYBODY had this album

5. Paper Trail - A little more pop than I'd like, but of joints on here too. And lyrically, this album is near the top.

6. TI vs TIP - Another album that gets a lot of hate. This is in no way a bad album. 60-70% of the songs are dope. But

the ones that are bad...are BAD

7a. Trouble Man - Not a huge fan of this album. But it's got some joints. Dre's verse on Sorry is reason enough to cop it.

7b. Paper Work - See above

8. No Mercy - Trash, Basura, Garbage

Classics- Trap Muzik, Urban Legend, In Da Streetz Vol 2

Great- King, Paper Trail, Troubleman, I'm Serious, In Da Streetz Vol 1

Good- TI v TIP

Average- Paper Work, No Mercy

Exactly!

I always felt T.I. vs TIP was poorly executed as a concept album, BUT it does have some dope songs on it. My favorite(s) prolly being "Raw" and "Tell'em I Said That".

Bruh u prolly have the best breakdown in this thread!

And u hit the nail on the phuckin' head about "I'm Serious"! I was in college when it dropped and when I tell u EVERYBODY was bumpin' that album @ Georgia Southern, u could just ride by hearin' it out of peoples car around the campus /city. But like u said, damn near everybody who had it, burnt it. I only knew a couple people who cop'd it, including myself.

And you can tell No Mercy was rushed right b4 he went in for his bid. That shit was so bad, I felt like they should have given him another couple of months in the Bing for even releasin' that frisbee. lol

Word. I was a freshman at Alabama State when that joint was out and you couldn't walk the yard for 10 seconds without hearing a nigga blasting that shit out their dorm room window. I bought that shit only because I always been a nigga who wanted to pay for his music.

And Bruh...no Mercy was TERRIBLE. Like...awful. Besides I Can't Help It and maybe All She Wrote, the shit is useless.

Cuh, I'm the same exact way! Although I don't buy as many albums as I used too, if I like the artist and or if I know the music is quality, I'll pay for it w/ no problem. We still from that era of rippin' off the plastic and having the artwork (plus I look @ production credits by/c I'm a producer).

And another song I did like on NM was "Poppin' Bottles", but I think I might have listened to that album a total of 10 times, MAYBE not even that! lol
