Raekwon - Ice Cream. WTF Is These N*ggas Talking About?

When I lived in New York I knew people that talked like that. And after a while I started talking like that. I used so much slang that people didn't know what I was talking about. They thought I was crazy. You know those people that don't make any sense? Thats what I was like.

Now that I'm older I realize that you shouldn't use slang if you're trying to explain something to somebody. Plain English is the best way to speak.

You dont interpret a Wu-Tang verse. You just nod your head and make the stank face.

U-GOD entire verse on triumph doesn't make sense at all.

I always said if a person were to learn English through Wu-tang, they'd prolly fail hard.

And by Wu I mean Ghost and Rae.... Specifically RAE.

It's time we addressed this. Dudes just be pointing at different words in dictionary that has nothing to do with each other and making them rhyme.

"Triumph" essentially is a song about nothin. A track with some hot Lines demonstrating the art of rhyming on a classic beat.

Rae,Ghost and U-God rap in haiku's. You dumb niggas don't get it............Wu is for the children

You, Wu Tang, and the Chirren can get y'all Poetry readin, finger snappin asses TFOH

Their later stuff was a bit more digestible lyrically. Big doe, fishscale, lost jewelry, the wild all are dope in my book and I feel like they rhymed with more clarity. I will take them rapping their own language over Rza's rapping offbeat
