It's called storm front probably because its associated with a militant point of view, they want to destroy my race through violence and killing. It could also be on a weather anology tip, as in how a storm front comes through and cleanses the area. It could resemble them being a sever storm coming through to destroy blacks in an attempt at cleansing. I think the military term is more likely but Im sure it has nothin to do with Normandy.
