Ive been US citizen since age 10, I cannot go back to Haiti in the same way as I left..I am a target. They have established their own codes of order around there, which is why you see no cooperation with the police. Take the crips and bloods for example, all the war and bodies dropping in the mid 80's.The resolution came from within. We have to decide that its time to stop killing one another, we have to decide how we are going to live our lives, we have to make the decision to end this...Seeking an outside source, is only asking for more problems, because that outside source will not have the exact same interest and intensity in solving the problem...They may show initial effort, but as time progresses, you will see they are now serving their own interests first.

yes I did grow up in the hood. I lived in a township for approximately 2 years while keeping family, property, community and political contacts effectively entrenched until I was ready to move back which I have done. a pipeline between the resources and those in need of them can be built. it's not impossible, it's just that our old school political representation has been soft on the establishment & corrupt in regards to many aspects of resource and fund management. I cant speak on a third world country like Haiti, were people don't have the basics. but in this country blacks make way too many excuses on why "we cant do this, cant do that, its too hard for us to work together, blah blah blah." that's b.s. they just don't want to do it. I say if u don't want to work to rehabilitate majority black areas don't talk about it and don't ask them for anything. it's only fair.

He most likely had his feelings crushed by a strong, assertive black woman....or.

He must be referring to his own mother when he makes these claims, since the mother is the first teacher of the child. She raised an effeminate coward and shaped his attitudes towards other Black women...so maybe its not entirely his fault and the blame lies with his MOTHER.
