Proposal to limit thread making

1. I'm honestly not invested enough in this to keep commenting on it too many more times.

2. I said only one is doing numbers. You said only one is doing numbers. Then you extrapolated that the other WILL do numbers in the future...thereby confirming that at this time, they have not done numbers.
