So nobody made a thread for Proof yesterday? we should all be ashamed of ourselves, better late than never and you're right about him getting overlooked because of Em the man had skills, this shit was in heavy rotation on my stereo when it dropped, R.I.P.

RIP to Proof. I played his "I miss the hip hop shop" mixtape all the time as a kid. Searchin 4 Jerry Garcia was dope as well. Played the hell out of the Promatic album (Proof and Dogmatic collab). Its been years since i've heard any of those projects i gotta get them again. especially the Promatic album, that was an underground CLASSIC.

Iron Fist Records had some good artists on it too. Purple Gang and a rapper that went by the name of Mu.

Mu released one album through the label but i cant remember what the hell it was called. I know it had the word bridge in it though. Never heard anything from the dude after that besides a verse on Finale's album back in like 2009. He was also on The Lefts album (journalist 103 and Apollo Brown)

He has some heat on the album and you could tell he pretty much went his own direction with it instead of any kindve commercial route despite his connection with Shady.

Can't get jerry Garcia album over here, tried getting it a while back when it was released. Ain't on iTunes or nothing, shame cus it's a banger.

Picked up promatic years back found a random physical copy in an old school store and purchased it, few months later someone robbed it off me, never found a copy again.

White picket fences, city of boom etc were dope tracks.
