i don't know the laws of ur state but it sounds like folks are trying to give u a heads up before u catch a animal cruelty charge and some type of simple assault charge. depending on ur state feeding cats may or may not be illegal. as a landlord in new jersey i can tell u that i have had this problem with tenants before. the tenant can actually get permission to feed the cats. its some type of community caretaker thing that would allow her to feed them. they are considered domestic animals and if she argued she was taking them one at at a time to get neutered they look at her as doing a service...smh

anyway u cant be pouring water on them and calling her names. if ur landlord and her landlord is the same then complain to them and let them handle it. i was able to talk to my tenant and we came up with an agreement. she continued to feed the cats but not in the front yard. they eventually disappeared out of view from in front of the house. maybe ur landlord can do the same. last thing i wanted was my tenants to be fighting with each other. i am sure ur landlord feels the same way.

I called the police to see whats up...man, aint shit up..dude just said its a report..there was no criminal activity, nothin illegal was present, he asked her if I hit her, touched her, threatened her, she said no...dude said he was gonna speak with me but said fuck it..it aint anything major..no charges, none of that...
