I'm sure if he keeps his wits about him if the police come the police I'm sure have had to deal with stray cats, or at least their wife has. Water is used as a deterrent for animal behavior cuz its harmless but very annoying.

I got 4 kids, theres a toddler that lives next door to me...and theres 4 kids that live downstairs next to the Cat Lady...and keepin it real, them kids downstairs aint shit, really they the ones that be posted up on her car and shit probably be in front of door since its so close anyway...
