I got a cat lady downstairs, she got like 2-3 cats in the crib...but she be feedin the strays..she complained once that kids been playin by her window and cars..i confronted her about it, said holla at me about it and i'll take care of it...I made sure it wasnt my kids though and now my kids know better anyway...cool...

I also wrote a note on her door askin her to stop feedin the cats please, my kids dont like the cats all over shit....done deal..

So cats keep comin to our building, gettin on MY porch and shit...so yesterday, I catch one outside and dump water on it....she sees me and shakes her head..says, "Next time, all you have to do is shoo them away."

I say..."Next time mind your business...stop feedin these strays and they wont be all over the place."

She replies.."Ok I'll mind my business next time you're smokin weed out here....its not illegal to feed the catI say, "What?? I dont be smokin weed out here! You're trippin. We live here, we dont want the stray cats up in our shit...if you want them take them inside your house and take care of them."

She says, "I will." And proceeds to find this cat i just dumped water on..

Cat comes back, now im recording and I dump more water on it...I tell ol girl, "FOUND IT...THE CATS OVER HERE!! Now this is all on video, im on top balcony, she on the street level tryin ti get this cat...we back and forth with the 'its not illegal to feed cats, everybody feeds the cats, blah blah blah, you smoke weed blah blah blah!'

Once I heard the weed again, I was like, "Nice try lady, this aint weed, these are Black And Mild butts!" So I tossed like 4 wood tips NEAR her, not AT her, told her take a good look at the cigar tips, that its NOT weed...then I go down there and tell her, "Im not a litterer so let me pick up my butts."

She was like, "Im recording this I hope you know!"

I said "Bet, im recording too." Some more back and forth and that was that..
