"The bullets did not appear to have been shot from very close range because no gunpowder was present on his body"

Not what the witness' implied

"One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said."

Eyewitness seemed to say he was hit several more times after the head shot. From a close range

Don't be redundant dude....complete the sentence in the first half of your post. I hate people like you who give half truth....

"The bullets did not appear to have been shot from very close range because no gunpowder was present on his body. However, that determination could change if it turns out that there is gunshot residue on Mr. Brown’s clothing, to which Dr. Baden did not have access."

Now compare the two

Damn the cops using live Ammo.. Attorney General Eric Holder ain't going to like this shit,

And there is an equal amount of chance that it was not on the clothing. So all that can be read into this report is that the shots were not fired from close proximity. And that that is subject to change. And it's also subject to no change

And it the head shot is the last shot, how do they explain the multiple shots that were reported to have taken place after the kill shot?

No there isn't...regardless don't take shit out of context to support an opinion. You give the whole and let the people decide for themselves.

no shots anywhere near the lower extremities. he knew what he was doing

and they all damn near line up on the lateral side of his body. thats crazy

he must've took his time shooting

So he got shot in the head twice... I may not be an expert on getting shot in the head or anything but I'm going to call bullshit on the thought that he charged the police after after the first shot in the head... let alone the other body shots.

And that's if you want me to believe the absolute bullshit that is suggesting an unarmed teenager would charge an officer w/ his gun drawn over some damn cigarillos.

I used to watch Dr. Michael Baden on HBO's autopsy as a teenager. I have always been fascinated with this man's work. He has taking forensic science to levels that are just unseen. It was this doctor who had the body of Medgar Evers exhumed. He is a bad muthafucka

Cops aren't supposed to shoot in the lower extremities.

On another note, weren't witnesses saying he got shot in the back?

I didn't take it out of context i posted what was known from the article, not what could potentially be known or unknown in any future articles

Samething I was thinking..

From the NYT

If as Dr. Baden described, a bullet shattered Michael Brown's eye socket and then proceeded through his jaw into his collar bone, this suggests the shooter was above him shooting on a downward trajectory. Given his height is over 6 ft. Unless Darren Wilson is extremely tall, this is consistent with Mr. Brown being on his knees when shot and likely explains why the last bullet hit the top of his head. I can only describe this scenario as an execution.

Damn a least 6 times with 1 of the 6 causing at least 5 enter exit wounds. Who the fuck wouldn't surrender after that? I guarantee the shot to the top of the head was when he had his hands up
