I don't know man. Ima a conspiracy theorists so my thoughts are going to be one sided but I hear what you saying
 
damn... that shot to the neck. the major blood vessels were surely ruptured

and they just let him bleed out on the sidewalk for hours. thats so sad

I don't have any faith in the judicial system but something has to happen
