robbery tho?

from the looks for this, it seems like he was gonna exit when he was confronted by the worker, probably thought he was stealing and Brown was pissed bc he was being profiled... so he grabbed the dude and pushed him away...

if it truly is strong arm robbery, then fuck..

maybe I'm slow, but the images doesn't look like a 'robbery' could be a numbering of things could have happened...what did he 'take'

allegedly, he stole cigars..

if I'm not mistaken, those are behind a counter..

need the video footage of this happening..

IDK why anyone would allow a report that he strong armed a convenience store clerk for some Swisher Sweets change their opinion on this.

The most important facts will be the shots...how many...when were they let off, etc.

i slick dont even care if bruh did rob the sto, u send his ass to jail, not execute him, its molesters and rapist in the jail cell living but u wanna execute over petty theft? nah fuck the law.

The thing is even if he did the robbery the main issue is when he got shot the first time he turned around and raised his hands in the air. Then got shot multiple times. Plus it was a strong armed robbery not an armed one. So the use of deadly force was not needed. Don't forget that.

The reason that this is a big deal is because it will change a lot of minds into thinking he did attack the officer, regardless of him being unarmed when he was shot and killed, he'll be the "criminal"...

they'll paint him the thug...

There's really only 2 excuses why an officer would discharge his weapon on an unarmed person. If the person goes for the gun in his holster or he's on top of him landing punches. You can reasonably articulate that you felt your life was in danger under those circumstances.
