lot of shit makes no sense though..

1. Officer had facial injuries - this was told to us 2-3 days after the shooting. Why? Why wasn't it reported right away?

2. Strong armed robbery - everyone's just finding out 6 days later? seems like whatever happened at that exit, a confrontation, gave them the ammo they needed to use as "robbery" to help the cop avoid the charge.

3. Usually, any 'criminal', when approached by police, especially after, allegedly, robbing a store, run, not stay around and talk to the cops. Idk

but at the end of the day, why didn't they tell us this from the beginning?

regardless of everything, he was unarmed and shot for no reason.. he was murdered by a cop.. that cop should still be charged..

IDK why anyone would allow a report that he strong armed a convenience store clerk for some Swisher Sweets change their opinion on this.

The most important facts will be the shots...how many...when were they let off, etc.

The reason that this is a big deal is because it will change a lot of minds into thinking he did attack the officer, regardless of him being unarmed when he was shot and killed, he'll be the "criminal"...

So since he allegedly strong armed a miniature clerk he'll strong arm anybody, even a cop with a gun. He'll even be so bold and fearless that he'll reach through a cop car door or window and try to take the gun from a cop's holster. Ok.

Bum ass town police force doesn't even use dash cams in 2014 (still wouldn't have captured video of a struggle through the door or window.

All that changes nothing about how the shots were let off. Like I said that is the most important thing.

There's really only 2 excuses why an officer would discharge his weapon on an unarmed person. If the person goes for the gun in his holster or he's on top of him landing punches. You can reasonably articulate that you felt your life was in danger under those circumstances.

Even if he reasonably felt his life was in danger in the car, would it justify purposeful execution after they're no longer engaged in a struggle? It could possibly justify the shot(s) to get him off. There's no way it would justify the continued firing that was described by witnesses.
