And I see what you're sayin @Toddo. When someone's account is banned, they should NOT just be able to make an alias and resume their behavior. That's one of the advantages of this new platform, to guard against that happening.

The forums with heavier traffic will have the luxury of the vote system. Smaller forums (with less than 5 "normal" mods), won't be as much of an issue because if they're poisonous there, the results show up sooner, and they're easier to remove.

so to clarify to avoid "misunderstandings" if moderator 'A' wants to ban a poster, that mod would need to take it to a vote before any action can be taken, is that right?

For clarity's sake so what things then would a poster need to do that require the use of a permanent ban now? That has been my continual question in regards to this given the warning system that is in place...

I have a feeling this place is about to become survivor island if we continue down this path and clear rules are not in place...
