Being able to recognize other people emotions. Personally empathy is overrated. And its not that I can't feel empathy for others but why should I.

I think sometimes people think just because you're empathetic towards someones situation you feel sorry for them. I know a lot of people with no empathy(mostly white people) and I can't stand the majority of them.
