you can still get it with 2% fat content

and it likely won't mess with your stomach

unless your issue is more of an allergy than an inability to digest lactose

nah Ive always been drinking milk in large amounts since my childhood and never had problems,it really just started 2-4 years ago, I was attributing it to drinking alcohol and the milk not mixing but I dont drink anymore and the milk just destroys my stomach

Yours must be mild. Regular milk and me never got along. I was throwing up regular milk as a baby. If I drink regular milk now my whole day will be spent at home....close to the bathroom but I digress....even the lactaid pills don't work. Same with most protein powders. They don't blow up my stomach ASAP like straight milk but I be bloated as fuck behind them.

Regardless sounds like you gotta go the almond milk route. The vanilla almond milk ain't bad. Iso Pure Protein powder is lactose free. Neither bloat me or mess with my sensitive ass stomach.

My sister drank regular milk growing up but can't anymore either. For Some people intolerance come on later.

I run two 5 ks a week, and In between I'll hit the elliptical or bike up for ten to twenty min when I'm at the gym which is usually 4 times week. I still don't seem to be loosing the weight I gained last winter, probably because my diet is trash. my bish say I look good but I don't believe half the words that comes out her trifling mouth.

You can run/WO all you want its most likely not going to burn enough calories to get you in the deficit you need to lose weight. Get your diet in check or you will never see results.

People think they can get whatever and hop on a trend mill for 3 hours and burn 4 million calories and be good.

Unless your doing sprint drills.... running is pretty ineffective at burning calories. That 2k you thought you just burned off on your 3 mile run is more like 250-300. Unless your overweight then of course you burn more.

I dont run or jog at all its too hard on my joints and I put a lot of miles on my legs in my life

All my cardio comes from playing basketball, and explosiveness type of workouts like suicides and shit

That's good for building muscle. But if you want to cut weight running is better.

Im honestly perfect right now Im 6'3.5'' 185 and ripped

My problem is the constant jumping 10 pound fluctuation every week, I know its water weight but still, I hate feeling bloated and not being able to see my 6 pack despite doing a ton of sit ups everyday

185? Damn I'm 6'2 and I'm 235. I aint been below 200 since middle school.

Damn you fat as hell, my high school weight was like 180 I think

My worst was 216 and that was when I was drinking beer like crazy fucking with them 30 packs lol I had a lil beer belly shout out @Vader_F_Kennedy‌

Nah I'm not fat at all. lol you fucking skinny.
