Today I eat\drink

1 L milk = 35Protein = 400 calories

Some keso cream shit don't know what to call it (special yogurth) 500G = 60protein & 300 calories

Ham with potato = 30protein + 500 calories

Gonna eat that Yogurt again so it's 60protein & 300 calories .

Total it will be 1500 calories & 185 Protein. I guess it's enough?

Well between my job on a construction site on my feet moving and my 4-5 nights a week in the gym I don't really worry about what I eat. I do know winter time is when I gain weight so this week I started my extreme cardio aka run/jog 7 miles everytime I work out.

yes I'm the same way when my job gets slow I gained a lot of weight

I can put on 10 pounds in a matter of days and then lose it right back in a matter of days

If you're trying to lose weight, just eat smaller portions and eat every 2-3 hours. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Drink nothing but water. Protein can be found in grilled chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, almonds, protein powder and other shit that I can't think of.

Try not to go too long without eating something or that will throw your metabolism off. If you eat right (don't stuff yourself. Know when to stop) then you'll lose weight....it's as simple as that. Exercising is just something extra to speed up the process. But it all starts in the kitchen.

If all fails.....the least you can do is get accustomed to drinking water. Works wonders. I forced myself to drink nothing but that and now it's 2nd nature.

If your that small that your cutting at 1500 easy and not hair pulling 185grams of protein is overkill. You should try and aim for 0.8-1g of protein per LBM. How much do you weight bruh?

Ifs been proven meal frequency is Bro science. As long as your marcos/cals add up to what it should be at the end of the day it doesn't matter if you eat 2 or 8 times. Pre/post workout always stays important though as far as timing.

A pre/post workout is commonly a protein shake/ small meal containing a good amount of protein and some carbs to give you energy for your workout and after your workout. So both
