High protein, minimal fat

Top Sirloin Steak

Crab

Lobster

Salmon

Chicken breast

Mushrooms

Egg whites

Costco turkey burgers

Lean ground pork

Tilapia

Top sirloin pork

High protein, moderate fat

Eggs

Sea bass

Catfish

Filet Mignon

Chicken thighs

Various other cuts of steak

I could go on and on...it's up to your $$$$ it ain't that hard to eat good and eat a higher protein diet without packing on fat. You just gotta watch the sides and sauces.

I use pea protein. Been on this vegan fuckery.

I used to use a rice and pea protein mix because I had read some things about dairy and MAP

It's not nearly as bioavailable as whey though

Yea so u askin for 2 different reasons. The list homie listed above is cool for you (its actually a bit much if u DONT want to gain weight), but not for her.

Get a blender, too. Specially for her. Fruits and veggies, egg whites

But its pretty damn easy to get cut as oposed to bulking up imo

To be specific, the foods listed with moderate fat arent really needed if you just wanna cut imo

And greek yogurt is a great protien source, throw that in a blender w/ some fruits amd almond milk.

I aint too lazy

I Eat 2 20 Pc McNuggets W/ Extra Dipping Sauces With In 45 Mins Of My Strength Training Regimen...Fux Wit Dat Movement Kid...>>>>>Whey

I keep track of nothing. I eat what I want, and as much of it as I want.

I just happen to love water, fruits and vegetables, so I guess that works out..

chicken is not as bioavailable as whey

you're also eating a ton of sodium in that meal

the carbs from the nuggets can be useful to spike insulin and help drive protein into your muscles

but the fat that comes with them dulls the insulin response

probably better to bake your own nuggets at home

you could get a better insulin spike, cut out some of the sodium and probably save some money

Research the paleo diet aka caveman diet. To get abs is to be in a caloric deficit and genetics plays a role in it. I knew someone who had ripped abs and ate fast food once a day but he always beasted at the gym. Calories in, calories out is pretty much what it comes down to.

Your not going to get abs until you drop your body fat percentage. Which means your going to have to loose weight. Find out your maintenance calories and eat 250-500 less then that along with lifting weights to maintain muscle mass. Abs are made in the kitchen everyone has some under that fat.
