I feel you on the working out everyday..im bout cut my gym days from 2 to one and just do p90x 2 days a week. but I think the yoga is beneficial though. it increase your flexibility.

yeah i dont mind the chest, arms, and legs workout or the kenpo or plyo it's just a drag tryin to follow the schedule and i've already skipped a couple of days and gained some weight back so imma alternate between p90x and workin out in my gym at work...hopefully i can get the same results

i'll try the yoga again...but i wanna slim down just a little more....lol....my fat ass dont look right doin that downward dog shit....lmao!!

Also(I am about to vent), I hate working out with my wife. It is like she will not do things the right way. Quality over quantity is the motto I live by. She is the opposite. Tried to get her to do YogaX. She messed up the poses. I said you dont have to be perfect or even hold the pose for long but at least try it. She started bitching about how hard it was and she couldnt do it. All I could do from going off was just concentrate on my moves. She fucked of the running pose and downward dog. Who the fuck cant do that? especially when you have someone trying to help you.

I know! That measely 4 I got was with the chair. I could only do like .75 without it.

Hey, that yoga tape is hard to do it your upper body strength sucks. But I understand if she's not giving her all.

Man I have been slacking bad. I just started on week 4 and I have only done one DVD. I will do the YogaX tonight and the Kempo X tomorrow and hopefully finish off right!

has anybody skipped any workouts?...if so what did you do as an alternative?

also does anyone have a modified workout schedule w/o yogaX in it?

i started on 3/1 @ 230lbs and im down to 213.5 as of today but i've missed at least 20 days as well.....anyone gettin tired of all the crazy jumpin around this fool has us doin?....lol

I do the YogaX because I am not flexible at all and I need that stretching and other things. It is working wonders on me so I cant down Yoga X at all.

I have started putting running the neighborhood for 3 miles as a substitute for cardio days. not because I am tired of jumping around but because it is too nice outside to be stuck in the house jumping around.
