#1. AQUEMINI - 5 MICS
#2. ATLIENS - 5 MICS
#3. SOUTHERNPLAYALISTICADDILACMUSIK - 5 MICS
#4. SPEAKBOXXX/THE LOVE BELOW - 4.5 MICS
#5. STANKONIA - 4.5 MICS
#6. IDEWILD SOUNTRACK - 3.5 MICS

Easily one of the greatest and most critically acclaimed rap catalog's ever. When it dropped though I felt it was about a 4 MIC album, after "Aquemini" was hard to top musically, lyrically, everything. So this album felt like they took a step back when in reality they were just expanding and experimenting. "0 wack songs", I don't know about that plus there was WAY to man skit's and interludes. So the album was a little all over the place. But I con seed, it's an amazing record, Classic?, I don't know maybe but I'd have to give it 4.5. It's like Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, I fell it's close but it's not Classic. I just think their 1st, 2nd and 3rd LP's are all better, that's Outkast to me, Outkast after "Aquenimi" went into outerspace for real, lol they are on a whole different level now, they've actually gone pop in a sense that now popular culture has grabbed a hold of there music. "Ms. Jackson" was the song that put Kast over the top Pop wise. Then came "Hey Ya" and so forth. Overall I enjoyed "Stankonia" very much. "Spaghetti Junction" is my ish.

i cosign most of your list, but i don't think its not classic because its a 4.5 mic album, a classic doesn't need to be 'flawless' (for lack of a better word)

Hell naw, the singles (Ms. Jackson, So Fresh and So Clean, B.O.B), Gasoline Dreams, and Gangsta Shit are the only good tracks. The rest are forgettable

Nope, not classic sorry. A classic is where the majority of a album is memorable, the only memorable tracks from Stankonia are the singles.

It's not like Aquemini where the album had stand out tracks (Aquemini,Spottieottiedopaliscious,Synthesizer,Return of the G,etc) outside of the singles. I had to Google Stankonia to remember what the tracks were outside of the singles on Stankonia.

Only 2 songs? Come on. I can understand it's not classic, but come on. How can you be an Outkast fan and not like So Fresh, So Clean, Ms. Jackson, Red Velvet, Spaghetti Junction, and Gangsta Shit. To me those are pretty much unquestionably good songs.

Great album..wouldn't call it classic though, especially compared to their first 3 albums.
