Outkast "Stankonia" = their 4th classic in a row???

Only 2 songs? Come on. I can understand it's not classic, but come on. How can you be an Outkast fan and not like So Fresh, So Clean, Ms. Jackson, Red Velvet, Spaghetti Junction, and Gangsta Shit. To me those are pretty much unquestionably good songs.

forgot about gangsta shit(the remix is better) make that 3 songs. i didn't like red velvet or spaghetti junction. i love kast that's why it seems like once a year i try the album again to make sure i'm not bugging. but i just wasn't feeling the album and toe production overall was very hit or miss to me.

And Idgaf Stankonia is musically and lyrically better than aquemini. Slightly tho.

yea i agree. i remember instantly liking the album when i first heard it back in 00. it didnt take time to grow on me either. maybe because im an avid fan of electronic music. but i loved how left field they went with this album. and i might be in the minority but i thought this was better than southernplayalistc. not as good as aquemini or atliens but its my 3rd favorite album of theirs

Hell naw, the singles (Ms. Jackson, So Fresh and So Clean, B.O.B), Gasoline Dreams, and Gangsta Shit are the only good tracks. The rest are forgettable

I first heard Stankonia when Get Rich or Die Tryin' was all over the place...It let me kno' Hip-Hop was music...It may not be a 5 star...But there is NO album in hip-hop that sounds like it...It juxtaposes deep concepts with funky beats...Dre and Big Boi really did make an original album...
