Exactly! Besides the man is not the legal guardian so why should he have to pay child support? I mean a man should pay it because he wants to and it's his kid.The Law should not be able to force a man to pay for a child that was most likely an accident anyway.Most men ain't trying to knock a whore up when he in them guts.

yeah it expires and oyu have to renew it, and you have to pay alot more money for one than a regular license and you have to show proof that you need a hardship license and you have to enter into a payment araingment for past chsp owed and future payments.

I swear to you B. Look it up. And there is always someone who owes at least 25 k. But speaking on child support I work in Mortgage insurance and I've seen cats have to pay Child Support out of the equity of their home because the banks won't qualify them for a loan until it's paid in full. I even get payoff letters from the state too because they become liens on properties too yo.

But speaking for a man who hasn't seen his kids in 3 years and I still send money to them I have no sympathy for them cats that owe.

No problem B some people know my story but their mom on some vindictive shit sent them to Ja. And without the right lawyer (expensive lawyer) I can't do sh!t. But at the end of the day their my responsibility and my father always made sure me and my brothers were taking care of and it's not their fault the bullshit me and their mom go through.
