By dying down I mean the population growth for blacks has leveled out and the business opportunities for blacks have slowed down as well, somebody let me know, I need a change of scene after 2017-18

I can confirm up north cats fucking all the bitches. Im one of them. Chicks are too nice in NC. If your used to bitches rolling their eyes and having attitude all the time like they do in NYC and still hitting, NC chicks become a breeze.

...Im a worker, not a boss so I cant comment on business opportunities....There are plenty of blue collar jobs here in charlotte though..retail, manufacturing, customer service...The city has changed since I first got here in 2008 when there was growth everywhere...esp uptown...I use to call it crane city..but now construction is focused on replacing stuff that was already there...

the demographics seem the same to me but I stick to my circles so I really wouldnt know.

I sometimes feel the city is conforming to all the out of towners(northerners) that move here with all the high rises and whatnot going up...
