Man I am all natural. Whey protein chicken breast eggs and brown rice. only pills I take are multi vitamins and b- complex for metabolism. Im doing HIIT training. Looking for some supplements to add to the routine though. im cut but not ripped like i want to be. Im about to go on hydroxycut...anybody use that?
Hell yeah I've done Hydroxycut, Dren, Ephedra/Stack, OxyElite, etc etc.I was 250 at 1 point. It all helps but ultimately everyone in here that works out knows it's about that time in the gym. It only helps not a miracle pill.

Long story short yo it's almost a part time gig and expensive with all the supplements and shit.
It ain't really expensive, buy a 50-60 gram whey protein from walmart for about 15-20 bucks and buy you protein bars to eat through out the day for like 1.50 or 4 for 5 at certain spots. Eat some of that organic oatmeal every morning to replace breakfast and buy the store brand bottle of multi-vitamins. All together, you spending about 50 bucks every 2 weeks and you good bruh. Eat whatever you want after that, you already got your supplements in.
Yeah but I can't find myself going into to raggedy ass Walmart yo. I hear Vitamin shop has good deals better than GNC.
