I've been sitting back for a week reading the comments on here so I'll throw my two cents in now.

One thing I think people are missing is that this is not a stand alone movie. This is really the 1st act of a story, there will be more revelations and character development in the next two movies.

I don't know where people are getting this racist shit from I didn't sense anything like that in the movie, Finn might not have been "That Nigga" like some of you were expecting but like I said this is the 1st act of three, we don't have the complete picture yet and even judging off what we saw so far I can't see how people are trying to down play his importance.

"Rest in peace to Han Solo like everyday" crazy to see him go like that. I'm interested to see how Chewie will react to it going forward or if he will even be an integral part of the story since his main roll in Star Wars has always been Han's sidekick.

Kylo Ren will never completely go to the darkside as long as Leia is alive, I suspect she is the reason why he is so conflicted that is one hurdle that Vader never had to face there was no one in his life that was pulling him away from the darkside like that until he faced Luke but by that time he had completed his training and he established himself as Darth Vader, and even with all that he ultimately could not resist the call to the light.

Enough has been said about Finn, his accomplishments have been listed a few times already. I do feel like we will learn a lot more about him tho, there are a bunch of different ways his character can go.

I think Rey will end up being one of if not the most powerful Jedi's once she gets the proper training and I'm assuming that will come from Luke.

I am also wondering what roll if any past Jedi's will play, will Anakin, Yoda, Mace, and/or Obi communicate with any of the characters in this new trilogy, especially Anakin to Kylo.

Am I the only one that wants to see more Yoda. I feel somewhat cheated in that aspect, Lucas was limited by the technology of the 70s and Yoda did not get a proper showcase imo. I would really like to see a movie or even a trilogy of Yoda in his prime. I have never read any of the books and really don't know too much about the universe outside the movies so if there is something like this already out there let me know.
