Spoiling this just to be safe but
cosign whoever said that shit about Phasma earlier. They could've put anybody in that armor. Idk why it was kinda of a big deal that Brianne was cast for that role when she didn't really do shit. But then again it's only part one of the trilogy and I don't think she died unless I missed something

I was sittin there like "Renly Baratheon ain't die for this."

this was a good movie but it just did not have enough tension i liked the new characters but i really did not care about them

There's no tention becuase the pacing in the movie is too fast you don't spend enough time with the characters to care about them its action scene after action scene. As a result none of the scenes in this film are rememberable becuase there's no build up. Alot of this film got cut the original cut of this film is 3 to 4 hours long.

Director's cut should be goat then

Y'all still overreacting about Finn. He's literally a character that just so happens to be black. I feel like this shouldn't have to be explained because if dude was white you wouldn't hear a thing.

This macho, overtly masculine, hot headed, bald, take no BS character is much more of a stereotype like that's what makes us black.

Nah You know what? They should've casted Terry Crews with no speaking parts, he'd just mean mug the whole time. When Rey kissed him, he should've immediately woke up out of the coma, grabbed her and fucked her on top of the Millennium Falcon.

Oh, and what's the consensus on Snoke,
based on what little we saw of him?

i liked his look but the CGI was really unnecessary they couldve used prosthetics and got an awesome actor to play him, but i like the mystery of dude.

I'm reserving my opinion until we see him in person. We only got to see him via hologram... I'm not too worried about his look based on a hologram of a CGI character.

With Snoke
He's basically Emperor Palpatine, we didn't see him until Return of the Jedi. We will probably see Snoke in person in either Episode 8 or 9.

Phasma and Poe will more than likely have a bigger roles in Episode 8 also

And black folks need to stop hating on Finn, got a black main character in a Star Wars film and n-gga's STILL acting like b-tches.

I was praying for a DVD screener for the Force Awakens, but no such luck. I saw an ok version online, but after seeing it in Imax I need digital quality to view it again.

Andy Serkis could've used make-up there was no need for th cgi he already did a great voice for the character.

I enjoyed the movie and liked Finn's character. Of course somethings were predictable, but I think they established a solid foundation for the sequels.
My only issues was the fact that both Rey and Finn fought on par with a trained force user and won/wounded him. Kylo should have cut them both down easily as neither had any training and Rey was way too strong for just discovering the force and having no knowledge of it. They destroyed the hype for Kyo already since he looks real weak now and just a Vader stan. I did not like the actor that played him either. When he took off his mask I almost laughed.

Falcon reveal was GOAT...

BB was great...

The villain was a little weak but he is set up to be pretty mean going forward...

Thought Chewie had a "You die, I die" thing with Han, thankfully it did not happen, I couldn't lose both lol...

Straight up, all his trillness flew right out the window as soon as he took his mask off and revealed that big ass nose.

kylo ren got injured by Chewbacca so he wasn't 100 percent going into both fights.
