Star Wars fandom is WOAT (even worse than trekkies). You guys will not get to see this in theater house with only regular decent folk and 0 SW hardcores for at least the first 3 weeks.

And it will have been spoiled a few dozen times over by then. I'm gonna have to take my chances with the fanboys.

It's already being spoiled everywhere and its not even out yet. Since I will never watch it I don't give a fuck I'm just laughing at how nonchalantly people are just dropping the info. Truth is no matter at what point in the movie's release there will always be spoilers around.

Its up to you as a potential viewer to either completely stay away from anything about the movie before watching it or engage an existing conversation about it that will probably end up spoiling it for you before you see it.

why Brodie you always gotta try so hard to make it a point to make a statement that you anti star wars and other big studio movies all the time etc, if it don't matter and you aint gonna watch it why you always up in here?

we all know eventually you gonna watch it if not this weekend

I like to discuss movies and this is the most discussed movie in here right now.

Dramatically reading way too much into something that's not even there. Especially when you yourself have commented on many topics that you're not even interested in. I reply to pretty much every movie sticky here I guess that means that it's tormenting my mind right?

Yes I will be going to the movies more than once these next couple of weeks. I can't see the likes of spotlight, hateful eight or the revenant otherwise. No I will never be watching this movie. Unlike some of you people I actually stick to my guns. You'd be surprised at the amount of overhyped movies that I have never seen in my life and never will. One or two posts in this thread by me won't change that.

If you go to a hood movie theater that gets new releases, then I don't think it would be a problem.

By the way, I never sat through any of the Star Wars movies in its entirety. I am not sure why...

In recent years, having the chance to be around some wack SW fanboys, my interest in this series is almost non-existent. I will probably not go out of my way to see this one either.

Have fun guys, I am sure it will be a great movie.

Original trilogy is worth watching they're legitimately entertaining movies. With the second one being the best. Star Wars fans are garbage but don't let their wackness keep you away from watching some pretty cool movies like the OT. They don't deserve that kind of influence.
