Just found out that this sampled Hatsune Miku. The chick at the end in the car is supposed to be portraying her (Miku isn't a real person, mind you) down to the long blue pigtails.

That fact alone made this video a million times more dope (it was already a million times dope). I see Big Boi is up on his J-Pop culture.
