whats the odds cavs takes somebody outside of the big 3 lol

Seeing as Cleveland picked a guy projected at 10-15th last year (Bennett).. and a guy projected late in in the 1st at 4 (Tristan) anything is possible. But they will pick Embiid or Wiggins. Im leaning towards Wiggins. They always spread rumors about ppl they will draft and go a different direction. I think Jordans Hornets are in the best position this draft..they have a playoff team with a 9th pick..9th is a perfect place to be this draft. You can either luck up and get a superstar talent that slides out of the top 8 (Exum or Vonleh) or get a star pick projected to be available in that range (Gordon, Harris or McDermott). And they have a #24 pick..

Lakers should try and move that pick for Kyrie but I doubt they can out bid to many teams. Orlando could make a Godfather offer and still have plenty talent left over. Make it happen Henny!!

Same thing I said in the nba thread hornets will have 16-18 mil in cap space this summer too.I suggested if lance bounced he'd be a good look on the hornets at the 2 with walker at the 1 and mkg at the 3,or they could draft lavine(he might be gone by the 9th pick) or staukas for the 2 and spend that dough on other needs. They're definitely on the rise

Geez Cleveland

The reaches for Thompson, Bennet, AND Waiters (not bad but still reach)

Now they've essentially let Kyrie go.

Its like when you know a bytch is bad and can get any ngga, you KNOW u gotta come correct. Cleveland playin pretty when they shoulda been beggin him to stay...nh

Dude is gonna be a steal, give him 3 years

I know potiential isnt everything, but its crazy people cant remove HS rankings outta their head when lookin at these guys.

Gary harris, james young, maybe even tyler ennis, are all projected ahead of him in large part bc they were bigger HS names. But based on the eye test dude is a way better prospect

Draft Express has Randle and Lavine going to Boston. I hope that doesn't happen. I hope they're right about Vonleh being there at 7 for the Lakers.

I wouldn't give Kyrie a max 2nd contract in terms of dollars, I'd give him max in years. Y'all tripping of you think he's a max player. He's not transcendent, percentages declined year over year.

Bennett draft year was weak, remains to be seen. Tristan pick was a reach, he was thought to be 10-13 range. Waiters pick I didn't like at the time.

Kyrie hasn't done shit to warrant a max contract

Utah is about to give a near max contract to Gordon Hayward.

Its all about supply and demand, and whether its a buyer's or seller's market. And LEVERAGE.

Cleveland---and Utah, Milwaukee, etc---have NONE. If those teams ever want to be formidable in any way, you keep your stars. And yes Kyrie is a star. He has plenty of flaws, but he is also what 23? You dont throw out the baby with the bath water.

Yall seriously dont understand what 'max player' even means.
