Just filed tohttp://NBA.com : Kings put No. 8 on the trade block, wanting veteran instead of next rookie to develop. Link to come.

Interesting... wonder if Afflalo + 12th pick would get it done. If we could move up to 8 that would give us a legit shot at paring Dante X with A.Gordon/Randle/Vonleh or Smart if Embid/Parker drop to the 4th pick.

@s2j is right. Exum is a combo guard at best. From the FIBA i saw a guard that scores first, was he doing that because he was playing with lesser teammates? Remains to be seen

If Orlando took Exum and Ennis that's like the year that Minnesota took Johnny Flynn and Rubio in the same draft. Terrible Idea btw.

I tend to agree with projecting Exum as a 2 in the league but you forgot they have Oladipo or you not high on him?

i think he forgot about dipo.......... their is NO WAY you take two guards with dipo, none can play SF. it would be a waste of a great draft pick, and the GM would get ran out of time.

6ers definitely top 5 league pass team for me next year. Greg Monroe would be a great fit on that team... He would be a great compliment to Noel

MCW

Wiggins

Thad

Noel

Monroe

With McDermott and Wrotten off the bench would be nice. Or substitute Jabair and Harris/Stauskas

Crazy how everyone thinks embid would go 1 or 2, I don't see it

Why not? If he checks out medically I can see him going 1st. Cavs have a need at Center with Verajo expiring and injury prone. Spencer Hawes was solid but someone is going to over pay him. Embid makes sense for every team in the top 3 and if he falls he won't make it past Utah at 5. Only way he falls that far is if his back is iffy.

I'm not impressed with Embiid. He's okay, I would take Randle over him. I'm not being bias either. Julius saw double and triple teams all year still lead the nation in double doubles. He also can handle the ball pretty well.

Only advantage of Embiid is he's a 7 footer. But Jabari is ready to go right now. If the Cavs don't take him number

one, the city of Cleveland as a whole will continue to take massive L's.

Thad gotta go tho. He's been there too long to still just be at the same level. Not that he aint aiiight, but if i'm them i'd rather clean house and ship him somewhere since he does have value. Imo since he has no postion he has the same impact as a Josh Smith on a team. Him as a SF is as team killer. He cant shoot.

Embiid seems like he'd just be a defensive center like Ibaka, not someone that you build a team around. Parker should go first, he's the most ready to make an impact right now.

Could work, they need a shooter in that lineup though, Wiggins playing the 2 just so Thad can play the 3 would be stupid, Thad can come off the bench or get traded, already seen rumors of him being available

Wiggins will play the 2 for a few years until he bulks up a ill and I only put Thad in the starting lineup because I don't know how thier roster will look opening night. Honestly I would prefer him off the bench as well but they shouldn't trade him imo. They need a veteran presence and he's it... He's still relatively young and on a decent contact. Maybe they start McDermott or who ever they draft 10th(likely a shooter) but then that would give them 4 rooks starting and playing major minutes which will probably be a disaster. If the goal is to make the playoffs next year then they need vets to play solid minutes next season.

He has potential to be a big that you can run your offense through.. He's already a better post player then Ibaka and has a decent mid range jumper that shows promise. Agree about JP tho.
