Yes because Kobe is the same player he was at 18, so was Durant, Lebron?
Stop it, players get lots of attention and training in the off season , in season it's all about film sessions and limited practice.

Roy Hibbert spent 4 years at Gtown.
Bynum didnt start the game at age 16 like Embid. Bynum was also drafted as a project, not the number 1 pick.

Learn the difference between develop and learn.
Kobe, Durant, Lebron, etc all developed an existing skill set. Watch kobe's game at age 18. HIS GAME HAS NOT CHANGED MUCH. Rather, he's perfected it, learned what works, i.e., DEVELOPED the game he had back then. The ngga was mimicking Jordan then, he's mimicking Jordan now Lol. He learned nouances along the way. He did not learn an entirely new repetoire (sp) once he hit the legaue. Same for all of them.
And none of them nggas was raw at all. Young does not equal raw. Embiid is RAW. nh

No learning (reading defenses, adjusting form, point of release, types of shots - one dribble pull up left and right, passing out of the double, making plays for others, footwork, post moves, moving without the ball) occurs?
They don't learn anything new? Ok if you say so, guess we watching two different leagues

Tyler Ennis has had an excellent freshman season for undefeated Syracuse, showing great instincts as a scorer and point guard.
"If you were to ask me right now whether I'd take Ennis over Kyrie Irving, I think it's Ennis," one GM said. "He does all the things that help a basketball team win basketball games. You can pick him apart on individual flaws, but I would take this kid right now and trust him to run my team. I think there's very few freshmen you could ever say that about."
Ennis is averaging 12.1 points, 5.7 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 steals per game.
