@PFCentral

Falcons already contacted Browns for Josh Gordon

And this

Atlanta plans to signed wide receiver Brian Robiskie to a contract, according to D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal Constitution

I'm surprised we didn't go after Michael Jenkins. Is he still available? Last I heard he was cut by New England.

He caught Matty's first pass (which was a 60 yard TD.)

That's the wide receivers' coach's son. We signed him....

I'd like us to still go after Josh Gordon though and keep him here. Let HD go after the season is over with.

Co sign

I was thinking the same thing, but what would it cost us?? I heard they were looking for more than a 4th rounder and we cant afford to give up a 4th rounder for a short term fix. I'd love to have him here next year with a healthy Julio and Roddy though, just dont want to give too much. maybe a 5th rounder in next years draft and a 3rd 2015.

okay....so its been a few days..where's the Julio Bird Dance gif??? we all know thats how he really got hurt.

With the New York Giants winless in the season’s first six weeks, several teams are exploring the possibility of trading for Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks before the Oct. 29 trade deadline, CBSSports.com’s Jason La Canfora is reporting.

The San Francisco 49ers and Atlanta Falcons — who are playing without injured receivers Michael Crabtree and Julio Jones, respectively — have held internal discussions about Nicks, according to the report, while the New England Patriots and Baltimore Ravens are also expected to seek an upgrade at WR

Thoughts??

Depends on the details. As with any trade. I'd like to trade for a interior d-lineman too if possible.

Space-eaters are more "plug and play" than WR's or O-lineman. All they gotta do is take up blocks.

If we talking about bringing somebody in or trading for players it need to be for the defense. Matt Ryan making 100 mil so that offense better still function.

FLOWERY BRANCH -- Falcons runnning back Steven Jackson, wide receiver Roddy White and left tackle Sam Baker might not be available this week against Tampa Bay.

The Falcons were hopeful that Jackson, who suffered a hamstring injury on Sept. 15, might be ready after they returned from the bye week.

Jackson attended the open portion of practice, but didn't have his helmet. White (hamstring/ankle) and Baker (knee) did not attend the open portion of practice. on Tuesday.

I'm cool with Franks fielding punts. He usually takes care of the ball and if he runs he don't hold it out like a loaf of bread or like a And-1 crossover like Allday's favorite receiver does.

Cone needs a chance anyway. Nikka been around long enough. Let's figure out what he got or get rid of him.

Yea I dont mind Alford returning punts. Let these young boi's get a chance early. See what we got..... And smh @ 10 punts. I knew the defense wouldnt be that good but I thought we would be better. Injuries or no injuries......
