- Multiple losing seasons.

- Multiple underachieving seasons.

- Team "quits" on them (regardless of past success or failures.)

Smitty is fitting the bill as of right now. Still too early tho.

I'm grateful for all the good Smitty has done and I hope he can turn it around, but I wouldn't be mad at Blank for pulling the trigger if we finish with more than 6 lawses (which is looking that way.)
