Well, he was telling the truth last week. There were reports that White wouldn't play at all and would be in street clothes.

Iono. They're doing the right thing by keeping the media guessing tho. Patriots been doing that for years.

We'll get a good matchup this week with the Ram's corners. Janoris Jenkins is the best young corner in the league IMO, and Courtland Finnegan is physical.

If Roddy plays he'll get one of them on'em. If HD has to be covered by one of them it's a wrap. All Day won't have to rock that AVI after all. lol

Yeah, the Rams ain't a pushover. They probably have a more talented defense than we do.

I think we can force some turnovers on offense. Bradford is accurate and usually has a good TD/INT ratio, but if we pressure him and lock down those offbrand receivers we might get some t/o's.

We gotta establish the run tho early. Rams front 7 is good at pressuring the QB, but they're average at best at stopping the run.

Mark my words,

feeding Jax = Feeding the offense.

The Rams GSOT offense was built around the rushing and receiving threat of Marshall Faulk.

That alone made receivers like Holt, Bruce, and Ricky damn Proehl look waaaay better than they really were.

Isaac Bruce is the only one that could shine without that offense.

I like these "phantom" injury lists. Don't nobody need to know who playing until kickoff.

That's why the rookie corners had so many opportunities to make plays (and did) last week.

We didn't drop the news about Asante until Sunday morning and Brees went out there and got giddy when he saw two rookies and fucked around an' got picked off by one.

Akeem Dent: "5 things about my teammates."

“Thomas DeCoud is probably one of the most animated people that I know, and he has probably the most shoes that I know about. Ever.”

“Stephen Nicholas is probably the funniest guy on the team. You probably wouldn’t even think it, but he’s probably one of the funniest guys on the team.”

“Spoon, he can sing real well.”

“Cliff (Matthews) is one of the guys I hang around a lot. When it comes to being a D-lineman, he’s the true statement of being a D-lineman in terms of food. He’s a big food connoisseur. We can go to a sushi restaurant and he’ll order two or three trays of different California rolls and all this stuff, and all this sushi has all different toppings and stuff.”

“Travian (Robertson) might be one of the strongest guys on the team. Just being in the weight room with him, pound-for-pound, he’s one of the strongest on the team.”

Like I said before Dent just has to get deeper in drops in certain situations (the saints converted a couple of 3rd downs when he wasn't as deep as he should've been). Him trying to run the seam with Colston was a BVG type playcall that I never wanna see again.

As far as Holmes goes sooner or later your gonna have to find out what he can and can't do. I think he'll be like Konz was last year struggle for the first couple of games then find a rhythm.
