Mannnn... the Rangers are sticking with weak-ass, bitch-ass, can't hit left-handed pitching Mitch Moreland @ first base this year.

And Craig Gentry in center over David Murphy AND weak-ass Julio Borbon. FOH.

We haven't even played a game of spring training yet, and we already fuckin up.

You guys have a top notch pitching staff though, especially w/ Darvish and Holland gaining more experience.

Good pitching>>>>>>>

Braun only won on a technicality. He never disputed the positive test result. We know Braun was on that juicy juice. Fuck the brew crew.....

We got the hardware.

Yes, yes... let the hate flow through you.

lol.........bruh, it was proven during the season they couldnt beat top-notch teams. They feasted on bottom feeders all season long. This aint breaking news. They had trouble with AZ in the 1st round, then bowed out.

A squad I actually root for is the Tex Rangers. Good solid infield, pitching, hitting, good outfield. They can do it all, and they will be back for the fall dance.

Andrew McCutchen signed to deal, that's til 2018.

Andrew McCutchen, Pirates agree to long-term deal

Pittsburgh has secured their star center fielder for next six years, a sign the Pirates are investing in their future.

Andrew McCutchen and the Pirates agreed to a six-year, $51.5 million contract, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.

The deal buys out McCutchen's three remaining arbitration years and his first two years of free agency. There is also a club option for 2018 worth $14.75 million.

The Pirates are coming off a their most successful season since 2003, winning 72 games under manager Clint Hurdle. In recent history, the Pirates were unable to retain their young talent. Not this time around.

"We said from the very beginning that we have a plan to build talent and then to retain and build on talent that are key pieces of the organization," team principal owner Bob Nutting said last week. "(General manager) Neal (Huntington) has a clear understanding of what those key pieces are."

McCuthchen joins third baseman Jose Tabata as the only Pirates with long-term deals. Tabata signed a six-year, $15 million contract in August.

McCutchen, 25, was the Pirates first round pick in the 2005 amateur pick. Last season he was one of three Pirates to be named to the National League All-Star team.

He hit .291 with 24 home runs and 54 RBI heading into the break. However, he struggled the second half of the season, batting just .216 with nine homers and 35 RBI.

McCuthchen's contract is the second richest in Pirates history. Jason Kendall signed a six-year, $60 million deal beginning the 2002 season.

Chipper old ass needs to go home

I saw that too. Man, if you don't know of you can get through the year, the most diginified thing you need to do is just retire and give some young buck some run.

Chipper just wants that last Pay day i think his contract up after this year (i could be wrong) ...he'll retire after this year im for sure ..just collecting that check pretty much

he actually wasnt bad last year hitting wise just once again couldnt stay healthy ....at this stage Chipper really shouldnt be starting anymore , dont know why the Braves think a 40 year old can be your everyday starting 3rd basemen and that he's gonna be in the lineup consistently ..just not gonna happen

as Bad as Casey McGhee was last year for the Brewers thats some1 they should have gave a 1 or 2 year deal to in the off-season and hopefully the 2010 McGhee showed up ...but u cant count on Chipper anymore

the Braun stuff is bullshit. That nigga cheated they pick and choose who they crucify... That shoulda been Princes MVP and team....

Naw Kemp should have won over Prince. Kemp had a better all around year and is a much better defender

baseball testing dude just fucked up by not following the correct procedures. dude found a loophole

With that being said , Making the Playoffs is a huge key when it comes to voting , thats really the only reason why Kemp didnt win ...

if you have 2 or 3 guys that close together as far as what time of year they had they're pretty much going to roll with the guy who made the playoffs
