I was watchin midnight madness for about 2 hours last night when I got home....Uconn looks even better this year smfh.

ACC basketball >>>>>

(since Cuse is gon move there soon)......but with no NBA this year most likely, college basketball should be even GOATer than usual

edit: Rick Jackson will not be missed, Kris Joseph should be able to play 3 and 4 this season while Melo, Waiters and Christmas can occupy the 4/5 slots...Melo is good but idk if im his bandwagon that much, Christmas though he might turn out to be a beast from day 1 if he can get the minutes.

A STACKED front court, mixed with a few experienced guards (what we didn't have last year)

Key addition: Pierre Jackson (Point guard transfer, JUCO player of the year last season)

Key return: Perry Jones III (Pre-Season Big 12 player of the year)

Key problem: Finding minutes for everyone in the front court.

Key player: AJ Walton (The man behind 50% of Baylor's turnovers last season)

He's not a true point guard, but not a great scoring point guard either he's just right in the middle...with all the big men and scorers Cuse got they could use a nigga like kendall marshall from unc who gets his team involved.

Tell me why they always got such a soft non conference schedule. Did the same thing last year and it usually winds up hurting them when it comes time for March.

I also hate the OOC for us.
It's like Coach Drew is expecting to get into the tourney based on the strength of the Big 12 alone.

Closest OOC game we'll have is possibly SDSU when they come to Waco.
The rest is fairly laughable tho.

Notes:
Their backcourt which led them to the Elite 8 remains and they bring in a great freshman in Beal. Many believe that Patric Young could turn into a pro prospect, and if he has a breakout year that could mean Florida can will the SEC.

12. Baylor

Notes:
The roster is definitely loaded with talent. Perry Jones should be one of the best bigs in the country and Quincy Miller could be one of the best freshman. If they get solid play around them the team should contend for the big 12 title.

Antwan Space is the #18 Small Forward in his class.

Notes:

They lost their top 2 scores which includes their all around star, Chris Singleton. They still have a lot of length and athletic ability in the front court. Their key is point guard play, which was their trouble last year and could be again this year.

20. Michigan

Tim Hardaway Jr: 13.9 ppg, .367 3p%

Zach Novak: 8.9 ppg, 5.8 rpg, .385 3p%

Jordan Morgan: 9.2 ppg, 5.4 rpg

The Wolverines have veterans with Novak and Douglass and sophomores who received plenty of experience a year ago in Hardaway, Morgan and Smotrycz. Now they will need someone to step in and fill the void at the point left by Morris, and it may wind up being Burke.
