Getchu some sex right before your shift, it'll wake you up get the fermones going. you'll just have the raging munchies to account for. I use to fuck my ex before work all the time doing my graveyard shift. pussy woke me right up. it works

I work 5p-5a on a night shift.

I usually get tired as fuck around 2am, so i make sure everything is done by that time and i sleep from 2-4 then wake up do my last round and go home.
 
Nothing you can do really. I work 7PM - 7AM & I usually hit a wall around 3AM. The last 8 hours of my shift are usually dry as fuck (I ain't complaining though). If my supervisors stay in their office I'll just take a nap.
 
Currently on the 9pm-7am grind. I tend to avoid sugary snacks, and I don't drink soda while at work. Water is really the best thing for you because it flushes out your system, which helps you avoid feeling draggy.

Another thing I would suggest if possible is try keeping the same hours even when not at work, so you don't throw your body clock off, and it doesn't have to constantly readjust every week.

Man, depends on the night. I work the 7 -7 too. I used to fight it by drinking something w/ caffeine in it, but now man, I just tap out. The other day I started my shift at 7 and was tapping out by 740. Some nights Ill get damn near 3 hours in.

Feels a lot better than trying to fight it till you get that 2nd wind.

I guess if sleeping isn't really an option. Lots of Water, Fruits, Veggies and Gum and munch on used to 'sorta' work for me.

I have a new supervisor Im adjusting to right now, but for the last two years my supervisors didn't give no fucks.

I remember last year when filling in as the secondary supervisor getting tapped on the shoulder and one of my normal supervisors were like, "Will, one of us gotta be up Bro!" He told me to take the next hour and well switch up.

Shit was GOAT
