You niggas is trippin.

The reason Vector Marketing works for me is because I work hard for it, and if you cant make this system work for you, it's because you're lazy and you should get a job at McDonalds

nigga you making pennies to real business people round here...

you have no idea what hard work is with this shit.

you are just finding dumb ass people to think they got something they really dont.

nigga change your name to sandman cause you sell niggas dreams.

dont come shitting on other people calling them lazy because they choose not to share in your fuckness because there is always someone that can shit on you and your tiny income.

now go save up for 6 months to buy a vespa and kmart suit to get to your meetings

Start flippin them burgers my nigga

i know you trolling so i wont shit on your small minded unskillful mindframe

I did that Vector Marketing crap. I also was about to apply for this "marketing" job. But I did my research and found out that you basically have to go to Home Depot/Lowes etc and ask customers if they want some work done in their home.

Wait, hold up

Them mfer worked for Vector and not Home depot. I thought Home depot was doing something different. No wonder they look at me funny when I ask them about office space renovations.

Na, It's a couple people makin money, i seen a nigga pay cash for a 300 when niggas thought they was phantoms, that ain't really nothin to me at 31, but this nigga was 20 when he did it. Not the Lamborghinis and big houses i saw on the slideshow but he was definitely up. The thing of that is, the ratio of winners to losers is damn near lottery status. @ghostdog56‌ If you was a real hustler like you proclaim you'd be puttin niggas up on how to be successful doin this shit instead of tellin niggas to flip burgers. How you gon' downtalk somebody when you had to resort to sellin knives yourself? If you got real money off it, and it's a nice lil flip, and you got the inside track, plus you will make money off everybody you help get on they feet, I don't understand how you could ever talk a nigga down, you fuckin ya money up. Even if you get one nigga to subscribe to that bullshit you talkin, you made a dollar, you did it in another state most likely which grows your base. Ain't that what it's all about? Smarten up Nas.

It wasn't Vector. It was a different company. They were a "face to face marketing firm". I did some research and basically they go out in the "field" aka Home Depot and harass their customers about getting installations. Smh.

Theres a difference btw network marketing and pyramid scheme. Im in network marketing. I do it as a way of making income outside of my full time job. It's not a get rich quick scheme. It takes discipline and hard work but you can become wealthy by sticking with it.

Four things needed to be successful in MLM

1. Show up

-80% of the game is attending the weekly meetings, training calls and national events

2. Be coachable

3. Understand this is a teaching business and not a selling business. The more people you teach the simple system of the business, the more they will earn and by default the more you earn.

4. Read

-If you're not reading self improvement books you're not helping yourself. All successful people read. Once I started reading I started to develop better leadership skills and communication skills

Bruh, This chick at work husband be buying that shit. Man fuck that. I would rather read a good non-fiction. I dont need some dude (or chick) telling me to believe in myself.

Now if you mean self improvement books like CCNA study books or investing for dummys then okay.

My younger brother came to me about this a long ass time ago when they had the prime america in Canada (they banned out here and for good reason LOLOLOLOL) and I had to put him up on game that shit was a scam SMMFH. He came to me swearing on everything it was legit.... my expression:

guy-who-learned-insider-trading-from-the-wire-pleads-guilty.jpg

He spent his tuition money getting set up and getting suits SMMFH. I didn't see him for 2 weeks, my little man was on his "I'll prove you wrong Sion !" shit....

Time goes on and he's out ofmoney, hasn't made anything from it and now needs money for tuition. Turns out they had him take a train way outside Toronto and he had no money to get back. He was walking at the side of the rode mad af all sad n shit.....

Went out to go see him and pull up right beside him..... my expression:

I told him "don't say anything I already know LOLOL"..... I clowned him the whole ride back but schooled him on a very valuable lesson, all of us seem to forget and need to be reminded of sometimes - if it's too good to be true it probably is, there are no short cuts in life at all and no easy ladders to the top.

Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!

CLASSIC!! =)) =))

Lmao like the week after I graduated hs I had an interview with vector. For some reason I didn't go and they called back everyday for a month.

My white best friend did that shit...fail.

Fast forward to last year she got hooked up with some shit called xoom energy where you sign people up for it and it supposedly lowers you utility bill. I told her I wasn't doin that shit and a few days later had her 'boss' call sayin if she doesn't sign up 1 more person she's gonna have to fire my friend.....I didn't give a shit but my mom wanted to be nice so she did it.

Utility bill was lower by a couple dollars for 2 months then that shit ballooned to like almost $100. My mom tried to call and of course there's no real phone number...she eventually got rid of it without having to pay but her dad be on that same bullshit too. Got monavie stickers on the back of the car window smh

Vector is a pyramid scheme. They call as if its a job. I did that the summer after my freshman year in college. I couldnt find a job got this letter in the mail went in for the interview and saw the presentation and did it for month.

I just wanted some money so I could fly to DC to visit my girl. I made about 2k the first month but after that I aint make shit then I quit.

Pyramid dupe people looking for jobs. MLM you cant do that. Pyramid you cant recruit others to build an organization.

Pyramids you dont buy a product to get in. MLM there is a fee to get in because it is a business and you have to invest in order to get a profit

I never seen that knives shit in Tennessee but it sound like a pyramid scheme tho. If I was presented with an opportunity back then, then they'll still be no way I'll be interested in it.

I went to a vector meeting when I was a freshmen in college. supposedly it was 17 bucks an hour.

It was full of people in this small room. They were playing music and had donuts before the meeting starts.

Dude comes in and its just like that Boiler room movie scene. Dude gave this speech about how selling knives got him his BMW in the parking lot. How we all can be living like Hugh heffner and Donald trump from working at vector. All the interviews had 5 people in each and we all had to pay for our set.

I'll never forget during the middle of his speech, this white guy goes , "well, what happens if we cant sell these knives?" Dude goes "OH YOU WILL SELL THOSE KNIVES!!! Stop being negative!!! No NEGATIVITY IN THIS ROOM!! In fact maybe you should leave before you infect your negativity to the others in this room" It got dead quiet in that room. That white dude glanced at me like "what the hell did i do?" lol

That whole place was shady, and anytime you asked a question that he didnt like he would hit you with the negativity speech. But I came back the next day for the donuts and also for the women who were desperate and good looking which was a great combination for me at the time. lol.

The dude had everybody write down 200 people we knew. within 10 minutes. 200 people. lol.
