New 'X-Files' Wows At World Premiere

I missed tonights ep because of the rumble. I watched X Files off and on as a kid, like Star Trek

That episode was better than the entire second movie was.

Scully could still get the pipe.

One of the few white women who keeps getting better with age.

This was definitely a touching episode and classic X-Files.

Seeing the ideal future and inevitable misfortune of William in two perspectives stole the show.

Fox Mulder is still the best Jeff Goldblum role not played by Jeff Goldblum.

Great twist.

They didn't answer all the questions,but I think the point was to make Mulder believe again

that episode was trippy but a throwback X-Files feel to it. I cant believe after all this time they can still make episodes that compare to the originals

It was a really good episode. Maybe a bit overrated across the net but it was a great throwback to the lighter episodes that still featured great character development.

Mulder believing again made me smile. Growing older we grow more cynical and stop believing things we know are true. Sometimes we need time to realize that the truth IS always out there and it's never really valuable to the soul to quit seeking it.

In that regard it worked on many levels. My only issue with it was the port a potty continuity gaffe/plothole but that was just a technicality.
