Mystikal- doing his run from 93-99 I wanna say...everything that nigga got on...nigga shutdown---especially that verse on Make'em Say Un..and I only say this becuz this is what folks who are not down here 1st got a chance to hear him...but it was so bad..that when niggas bout a NL album...they would go str8 to the song Mystikal was on and play that bitch...I know niggas can atest for doing that shit LoL.....I have to put him up there at the top of MY list just off the strength of how this nigga changed the game down here...

2. Juvenile..NL had taken off Nation wide...but locally down here..Juvy was destroying shit...when Soulja Rags came out...that CD stayed in niggas cars...that nigga's flow on that CD was amazing...the stories dude told is what seperated him from AlOT of N.O. rappers...and then how he came with 400 degrees..aww mayne...when that dropped down here...everybody from the N.O. had that CD playing...literally

3. Mac- Dude was ahead of his time...I remember him destroying Nas on a track...I think when P decided to let him go off and really do his thang which was on that WW3 album..you can hear and get his true sound...the 1st album Shell Shocked was pretty much IMO rushed and NL format...hype songs...and shit..and I don't think that was MAC style...just how P pushed Snoop Dog on his 1st album...that's not snoop's style....

Soulja Slim- I think he became better after he got outta jail...."The Streets Made Me" that nigga spit...that nigga was spitting on "every track" like he had something to prove
and he followed up with "years later" that's a album there where I think he came hard also...where he was beginning to learn how to put together songs and concepts IMO...rather than just spitting and doing a hook...he started spitting on subject matters on that "Years Later Album"...but I still think "The Streets Made Me" is his best album

Wayne- I use the years of wayne rapping from 96-2004....I don't count this new nigga...you couldn't tell if you didn't know if dude is from N.O....but from the 1st feature he rapped on up until the Carter 2.. is what I'm basing his work off on....now I would say...dude features on albums were outstanding...the nigga held his own...see "Top of Line Nigga" but he's in discussion..I'll throw him in there.
