How am I so late to this shit being that im am from NO. Many people considered Soulja Slim as new orleans GOAT because how real he was and he was on his way to fame right before tragedy struck him. He was also compared to Tupac to people in New Orleans. I can honestly say being from NO i never really got into his music but I respect him alot. My personal choice as NO GOAT can vary. Impact wise, i hate this fag, but Wayne is the biggest thing ever from NO. Lyrical wise, its a toss up between Mystical, Spitta(this nigga created alot of trends in Hip Hop and his own style and vocabulary is mad underrated IMO), Mac, and Jay Electronica. IMO the NO GOAT is Mystical cuz dude is mad talented and creative.
