Owning a Team and having Stake in Real Estate aka the Arena are 2 Different investments. There's stores and restaurants in Barclays that prolly don't own nothing involved with the Nets.

Mind you Arenas arent only used for sporting events but concerts also. Like Madison Square Garden is home to the Knicks, Liberty, Rangers etc and also was a platform for Kevin Hart not too long ago.

Back to the subject. If you payed attention to what was going on you would have known that Jay-Z's stake in the Nets was not a huge one and it was strictly about advertising and promotion. He helped get an NBA team and Brooklyn.....mission accomplished time to move on. The more I hear it the more I like it. The beat isn't as bad as some make it seem. If he has a sound similar to this and better for his next project it'll be good. I agree bout his content but when he brags he's the best at it cuz most the shit he say is true n witty as fuck. While most guys can do this exact song, but most dont exactly live that life jay does, it being true makes those lines just a bit iller. And his life is highly publicized so anyone can hear it n know what he's saying n why. Kinda dope to have that level of fame where even if its subpar in comparison to doper music even in his own catalouge it's still dissected and a topic of discussion by fans.
