Surely if no one likes the new site then they will have no members the ship will sink like the Titanic... I cant see it getting a whole new roster of posters all of a sudden...

The problem is, it seems like they're trying to make this new site like instagram or twitter or whatever.

Well, you've gotta spend money to make money.

With instagram and youtube in particular, people are getting paid for the content they post.......number of followers, views or likes on content, etc.

So, if AHH isn't gonna pay people for their content on the new site...........then there's no motivation for this "new crowd" of people to come over here when they can get paid for their content on those other sites.

Smartest thing to do, if they want to experiment........is leave the IC alone.

Have this new thing be something separate from the IC.

That way, if it doesn't work..........no harm no foul.

Why not have Allhiphop front page like that and the I.C a separate entirety??? Thats what I thought they were doing when I first saw it...

My two cents:

The new platform isn't user friendly AT ALL.

We need a submit button, instead of hitting "enter" when replying to threads.

Fuck a story, we need a create new thread button.

Do away with the whole "deck" requirement and simplify the shit.

When I click on a thread, I shouldn't see every other damn thread on the same page. Each thread should be independent of eachother like it is now on the IC.

Make it so we can post gifs directly from our phones or cpu's like it is now.

We need options for our profile pages like changing email, password, etc.. The only thing I see are an option to change avatar and a log out button.

Get the smileys back on track...
